ESII offers multi-day facilitation and mediation trainings to grow our collective capacity for transforming the conditions of our society. ESII trainings hold the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of the people alongside intellectual rigor, curiosity, and a commitment to equity and justice. This makes room for the whole person to show up with their vulnerability, growing edges, and strengths while transferring these skills to participants. Being vulnerable awakens us to our interdependence and strengthens our longing for a world that can hold each of us with care, skill, and grace. This is what we are striving to awaken in people’s longing, imagination, and work. Trainings are both a public offering and can be organized for smaller groups.
